Following the success of Florian, I partnered with the founders to extend the brand into Florian Home, a dedicated homewares store and ecommerce platform. My role was to translate the café’s warmth and character into a retail and online environment that felt like a natural evolution of the original brand.

I led the creative direction across branding, store design and the ecommerce website, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints. I also applied the brand across custom homewares, including printed and embroidered items, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the range.

In addition, I directed and styled product photography and created marketing content to support both the in store and online launch. The result was a considered, design led retail brand that remained closely connected to Florian while confidently standing on its own.
