For Florian, I acted as creative consultant across every layer of the brand, guiding the project from early concept through to launch and ongoing presence. I worked closely with the owners, architects and builders to shape a considered, cohesive vision that extended well beyond visual branding, ensuring the space, story and experience were intrinsically connected.
 

My role spanned brand development, marketing strategy, interior design direction and content creation. I briefed and collaborated with illustrators, directed photography and styling, and oversaw the design and build of Florian’s website to ensure the brand was expressed consistently across digital and physical touchpoints.
 

Attention to detail was central to the project. From selecting cutlery, crockery, furniture and signage through to tone of voice and visual storytelling, every decision was made to reinforce Florian’s core values and sense of place. The result is a warm, character driven café identity that feels authentic, timeless and deeply connected to its community, a space where brand and experience work seamlessly together.
